Why this page is short
WebbedIN is a close-knit team. We've been structured this way since 2014, and we've built everything around the depth that comes from not growing headcount for the sake of it. Raghav has been the face of every client relationship from day one, and the team around him is small, senior, and built to support that model. Most of our team members have been with us for years.
This means two things. First, we don't have a lot of openings. Second, when we do, we're not just looking for someone to fill a role. We're looking for someone we could still be working with five years from now.

What working here looks like
You'll work directly with Raghav, who leads every client relationship, and a small group of senior team members who support that work. There are no layers between you and the decisions that matter. Every client relationship we have is exclusive to one industry, which means you'll be developing deep expertise across multiple sectors rather than repeating the same playbook for ten competitors in the same space.
We don't operate in silos. Our branding lead talks to our performance lead talks to our content lead talks to our tech lead. Every client gets an integrated ecosystem, and every team member is expected to think beyond their specialty. If you prefer a role that stays neatly inside a job description, this probably isn't the right fit.
We're based out of offices in Greater Kailash-1 (New Delhi) and DLF Phase 5 (Gurugram). We work in person when it matters, hybrid flexibility exists where it makes sense, but this is not a fully remote team.
What we look for
- Curiosity above credentials.We care less about where you studied and more about how you think. We've hired people with traditional marketing backgrounds, people who taught themselves everything they know, and people who pivoted into this field from completely unrelated careers. What they had in common was the same thing: they couldn't stop asking why things worked.
- Ownership without ego.The people who thrive here treat client problems like their own businesses are on the line. They also know when they're wrong and change direction without making it a whole thing.
- The ability to unlearn.Most people spend their careers collecting expertise. The people who thrive here know how to put it down. Raghav has drilled this into us for over a decade: the moment you stop questioning what you know, you stop getting better at it. Markets shift. Industries move. The playbook that worked two years ago is rarely the one that wins today. If you're the kind of person who treats every assumption as temporary, you'll feel at home here.
What we don't do
We don't hire for volume. We don't have a graduate programme or a constantly open application form. We don't post jobs just to build a talent pipeline.
